REAL PRODUCTIONS. REAL OPPORTUNITIES.

0utShine connects training directly into active film, television, animation and post-production work.

Participants develop practical experience inside real productions, alongside working industry professionals, with pathways designed for long-term progression rather than short-term placements.

As part of this work, a programme of 4–6 industry and parliamentary events will take place over the next 12 months, bringing together policymakers, studios, broadcasters, producers, accessibility advocates and creative leaders to help shape long-term change across the sector.
